Refund policy

Refunds & Returns.

Returns are not accepted due to personalisation, however if you are unsatisfied with your item you may be entitled to a refund or discount providing care instructions have been followed or if the item is proven to be faulty - in some cases we may ask you to return a product so it can be returned to the manufacturer.

If you are dissatisfied with your product you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to notify us that your item is faulty or you are not satisfied.

to save and replicate their logo and branding for the purposes set out in this invoice.
